SHRUTI BALI is a business immigration attorney at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. Ms. Bali’s practice is dedicated to employment based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions; and represents clients in all stages of the administrative proceedings.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Bali managed an independent case load. She prepared and filed PERM applications in Employment based green card petitions before the Department of Labor. She has experience filing numerous I-140 and I-485 applications in EB-2 and EB-3 categories before USCIS, and H-1B petitions before USCIS in a wide range of occupations. Ms. Bali is well versed in many areas of immigration law, including but not limited to: O-1 Aliens with extraordinary ability, E-1 Treaty trader, E-2 treaty investor, L-1 and J-1. Ms. Bali received her B.S. from University of Houston in Houston, TX and obtained her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston.
