While there is currently an injunction preventing the USCIS from currently accepting applications for DAPA & Expanded DACA, both these programs are very likely going to be implemented after the current litigation is resolved. When you USCIS begins accepting applications there will be millions of people eligible to apply and you do not want to be in the back of the line.
DAPA and DACA both require a great deal of paperwork and records submission in order to prove eligibility. So it’s a good idea to start working now with a lawyer in order to gather these documents and start preparing your case. That way you will be in the front of the line when the injunction gets lifted and the USCIS begins accepting applications.
